Jerry Scobee

Mr. Scobee has more than 20 years of senior level human resources experience in high growth and Fortune 500 organizations.

His professional and consulting experience is focused on solving people problems for small to mid-sized companies with a specialty in high growth companies. Expertise includes the design, development and implementation of a broad range of human resources programs including:

  • Employee recruitment and selection systems

  • Benefits design, evaluation and administration

Mr. Scobee has completed consulting assignments in the manufacturing, retail, utility, financial services, health services, health care, government and education industries.

Mr. Scobee is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management and the Association for Quality and Participation. He has served as a Board Examiner with the Tennessee Quality Award for over eight years.

Anita Shearer

Mrs. Shearer has more than 20 years of human resources experience in manufacturing and Fortune 500 organizations.

Her professional and consulting experience is focused on solving people problems for small to mid-sized manufacturing companies. Her focus is process oriented with a strong knowledge of current regulatory requirements and union avoidance.
